This traditional village house is actually two houses, one of which has been updated in the last decade and last lived in as a holiday home six years ago. The other has not been updated since it was built over a 100 years ago.
There is a door from the kitchen through to the ground floor of a second house which could be renovated to easily form part of the modernised house or be a completely separate home of two storeys with its own entrance and access to a good sized garden.
The main home is accessed through a traditional wrought iron gate and there is a traditional water fountain at the entrance. There is seating on the shady patio and both stone steps to the upper floor of the old house and metal steps up to a large concrete terrace affording great views towards the Bay of Messinia.
The main house is liveable, with a working kitchen, living room with cosy fireplace, bathroom and bedroom with fitted wardrobes and french doors to a third terrace overlooking a former vegetable patch.
A back gate leads to a grassy garden with fruit trees and the old house can be accessed through a doorway from the garden.
